Women who exercise have a 30-40% chance less chance of breast cancer than those who don’t. A good amount of training lowers levels of estrogen in the blood making a body less likely to develop cancer cells. Walk a flight of stairs instead of using the elevator. You will remain fit and your body will thank you.

Talking about sexual health shouldn’t be a taboo anymore. Did you know that human papillomavirus can cause multiple cancer conditions including vaginal, penile, throat, and cervical? Think about it the next time you decide you don’t need protection. One crazy night can bring you problems for life.
