#5 FISHY CHOICE
Consuming fish, especially salmon should be a must for everyone who’s taking care of its health. Women who eat salmon regularly have a 33% less chance of having polyps or other cells that can turn into cancer. If you have more than four fish meals a week, you should be safe from colon and endometrial cancer.
#4 NIBBLE ON RED GRAPES
Grapes are a beloved fruit, but red grapes are especially useful. They’re full of antioxidants which kills cancer cells in the stomach, liver, breast, and lymph nodes. Now that you know how helpful red and blue grapes are, will you have it more often? You should; it’s also a great refresher!
#3 ALCOHOL IS OKAY
