6. Have a meal at regular time
When you fail to have the meal regularly and on time, you end up either undereating or overeating. This ultimately leads to weight gain or loss problems. Plan your meal time and try to regularly eat on time. Once you begin to eat according to the rules and regulations, your body will customize itself and regulate itself on time. Try to have three big meals with one or two small ones, like healthy snacks, in between. This routine will make you embrace discipline in your daily life while also improving your lifestyle.
