Skipping meals is a home remedy for many diseases. You will end up attracting numerous problems, including lack of energy, weakness, massive stomach aches, and more. When you are getting late for school, work, or any other important stuff, don’t hurry and skip meals. When you are feeling unable to eat, don’t skip the meal. Whatever happens, try never to skip a meal. Eat either in small amounts or food that would make you feel better. Try to prepare everything for the next day’s meal one night in advance.
