What is the working of an ice-hack diet?

The ice-hack diet working goes as per its name itself. It depends on how much ice you intake. However, it is not recommended to use this way of losing weight. Ice being dry can lead to dehydration which ultimately leads to exhaustion and many other chronic health problems. When you want to lose weight and search for a sustainable way to lose weight, then numerous effective ways are healthy and easy to do too. 

The ice-hack diet is to be working based on body temperature. It is known that the temperature of the body can be regulated by either taking ice through eating, drinking, or supplements. The supplements consist of six components Golden algae, turmeric, ginger, bigarade orange, dika nut, and leaves of drumstick tree. 

It is believed that metabolization becomes better when you have a lower body temperature. The risk of dehydration, headaches, muscle cramps, stomach cramps, decrease in metabolism, and more such problems that can become dangerous in the future. Consult your doctor and take the ice-hack diet only after that.
