#7 SLEEPTALKING
Sleeptalking could be funny for the person sleeping next to you. You’re not aware of saying anything, but the things you say are pretty much jibberish. Sleeptalking can happen in the REM and NREM phases of sleep. If it happens constantly, chronic sleeptalking can be considered a sleep disorder.
#8 GASSY
Everybody has gases; it’s the sign of a healthy body. We’re not kids anymore to find this normal experience funny. You’re more likely to pass one while asleep because our muscles relax. Thank God for that decreased sense of sleep!
#9 THE BRAIN REBOOTS
Our brain has limited storage space. That’s why it deletes unnecessary information while we sleep. Nobody needs to remember what was for lunch a month ago. Get some sleep so you can remember important things tomorrow, like all the details of the latest The Walking Dead episode.
