The most annoying thing to hear at night is someone grinding their teeth. Bruxism is a serious condition that needs to be checked. It may lead to problems with breathing and sleep apnea. It’s one annoying habit we all wish it could disappear forever.
#5 SLEEP PARALYSIS
If you haven’t experienced sleep paralysis, you don’t understand how scary it is. You’re awake, but you’re not able to move. Not even your fingers! A trigger to sleep paralysis is lots of stress. Make sure you got to bed relaxed and without problems, so this never happens to you.
#6 OUR NOSE SLEEPS TOO!
Technically, our sense of smells is asleep at the same time we are. God forbid something sets on fire while we’re in the land of dreams. We wouldn’t be able to wake up on time and save ourselves. That’s why smoke alarms have that annoying loud sound. Our sense of hearing isn’t sleeping, luckily.
