There are so many triggers to this behavior, sleep deprivation being the most common one. The next time you see someone sleepwalking, you better wake them up so they don’t end up hurt.

Sleep apnea is a sudden stop of breathing in a dream, and it happens more than you could realize. This is a serious condition that needs to be taken under control. There are sleep apnea machines that might look odd, but the help a lot. At least you will have a good night sleep.

Dreams are movies our brain makes while we sleep. Sometimes, it’s showing a rerun. We’ve all probably experienced having the same dream all over again. It’s a way of our conscious trying to tell us something we missed the first time. Until you figure it out, you’ll probably have the same dream a lot.
