Diet and Hydration
You must have often heard that what goes inside reflects outside. It is tried and advised by a doctor. Most of the skin problems can be controlled by making a few changes in diet and lifestyle. Applying numerous products externally can be of no use unless you control the root cause internally. Having a balanced diet mainly rich in vitamins, proteins, minerals, and antioxidants can lead to radiant skin. Moreover, it is as vital to stay hydrated as controlling your diet.
Avoid junk food. Eat the food you eat 20% and healthy food 80%. Follow up the 80-20 rule here.
Drink at least 4 L of water in a day. This will help in purifying your body, and hydration, and help you achieve your dream skin by preventing many of your skin problems.
Limit sugary food, processed and packaged food as they may lead to inflammation and ultimately to acne and more harmful problems.
