#20 Milk & Salt:

It is advised to never ever take milk and salt together. Milk contains calcium which when added with salt, can start the curdling process. This spoils the milk which in turn spoils our health. It also decreases the melanin production which even leads to many skin problems. When the salt is consumed alone, it will help in maintaining the blood pressure and thyroid levels.

#19 Eggs & Soy Milk:

Soy milk is plant-based milk made from grinding soaked soybeans. It is a form of tofu. This soy milk is a substitute of dairy milk for vegans who don’t consume cow’s milk and for people who are lactose intolerant, this soy milk contains a significant amount of calcium, magnesium and other minerals and vitamins.

Usually, toast with egg and milk is consumed as breakfast in most of the homes. But most people don’t know that consuming eggs with milk can cause digestion problems. Especially with soy milk, the proteins in the egg will react with trypsin in soy milk and will inturn reduce the absorption of protein in the body.

#18 Milk & Chicken:

Milk and chicken are two ingredients rich in protein, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin D, sodium, and iron. All these nutrients are crucial to the normal functioning of our body when combined separately. But, what happens when you eat milk and chicken together? For a long time, there was a myth going around that this combination causes vitiligo. Blaming certain food combinations for this skin disorder is absolutely wrong. There are no certain causes why vitiligo appears other than it’s an autoimmune condition. The true reason why consuming milk and chicken is bad for you lies in the principles of Ayurveda. Eating non-vegetarian food and milk together accumulates toxins in your body. Making a habit out of combining these nutrients can cause permanent problems. Follow the Ayurveda principles if you wish to have a healthy and balanced diet.

#17 Milk & Banana:

Bananas are the ultimate super-food rich in potassium. It’s advised to take bananas regularly for a normally functioning digestive tract. The combination of two favorite ingredients, bananas and milk, can be troubling in some situations. Bodybuilders find the famous banana smoothie energizing and satisfying. It’s great to consume when you want to gain weight in a healthy way. Unfortunately, people with allergies and asthmatics should avoid milk and bananas together since the combo can cause breathing disorders. Rather have these two consumed individually. Overuse of this mixture could cause rashes, allergies, congestion, and contribute to heart diseases. Play it safe and enjoy bananas and milk on their own.

#16 Cereals With Milk &  Orange Juice:

In most of the homes, the breakfast is cereal with milk and orange juice. But this is a potential threat to our body. Fish, one of the most important parts of the food pyramid, contains helpful omega-3 acids, as well as important proteins. Consuming fish regularly is important for a healthy life. You’d think combining two of these healthy ingredients would make an extremely good treat for your organism, but you’d be wrong. According to macrobiotics, milk and fish is terrible together. You should never have two proteins at the same time since they produce toxins. The claim that meat and milk cause skin conditions such as vitiligo is completely false. There is no harm in consuming dishes made with milk and fish in a normal amount.

#13 Curd & Fish:

Curd consists of all the good bacteria which aid digestion. It is good for teeth and bones as it has a high amount of calcium. But it is also a dairy product which helps in improving digestion, weight reduction, heart health, immunity, haircare, etc. though it has all pros, consuming curd in high amounts can lead to weight gain.
