1. MARLEY & ME (2008)
All dog owners will agree: seeing Marley pass away from the old age is one of the saddest movie scenes ever. There’s something devastating about dogs, and pets in general, dying in movies. Watching Marley’s journey, from puppyhood to final moments breaks hearts every time.

THE BOY IN THE STRIPED PAJAMAS (2008)
The Boy in the Striped Pajamas is a story of friendship that knows no boundaries. Set in the World War II, the plot follows Bruno and Schmuel’s incredible connection which doesn’t break even when they both enter the gas chamber holding hands. A story of holocaust brought to another, a much harder to process level.
