Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream, Philippines
Everyone love ice-cream but how about Nitrogen dipped Ice-Cream? Is that possible? If yes than how it tastes? Believe me, it tastes good.
In Philippines, Ice-Cream dipped in nitrogen liquid is famous. Liquid nitrogen is extremely cold but if used properly it makes quite fun experience.
Public reactions:
It tastes good.
Unpopular opinion: rolled ice cream tastes gross, regardless of the flavor or a topping. The toppings are to distract from the nastiness of being re-frozen by liquid nitrogen. Same for Cold Stone.
