The ice hack diet included drinking ice water and taking a supplement that helps in weight loss. It depends basically on the principle that the person having a lower body temperature has better metabolization. However, we can’t say that it’s true as there is no scientific proof of it. In contrast, hypothermia, tooth decay, and many other diseases can occur. 

What is the working of an ice-hack diet?

The ice-hack diet working goes as per its name itself. It depends on how much ice you intake. However, it is not recommended to use this way of losing weight. Ice being dry can lead to dehydration which ultimately leads to exhaustion and many other chronic health problems. When you want to lose weight and search for a sustainable way to lose weight, then numerous effective ways are healthy and easy to do too. 

The ice-hack diet is to be working based on body temperature. It is known that the temperature of the body can be regulated by either taking ice through eating, drinking, or supplements. The supplements consist of six components Golden algae, turmeric, ginger, bigarade orange, dika nut, and leaves of drumstick tree. 

It is believed that metabolization becomes better when you have a lower body temperature. The risk of dehydration, headaches, muscle cramps, stomach cramps, decrease in metabolism, and more such problems that can become dangerous in the future. Consult your doctor and take the ice-hack diet only after that.

Though ice is the main element of the ice-hack diet’s elements, there are a few more components that play an important role in this. Let’s know about them.

Intake of high-calorie food automatically builds high fats, especially the unhealthy fats in the body. Try to involve enough calories in your diet. The calorie intake shouldn’t be less too as it may lead to energy deficiency.

Exercise

To increase the rate of burning fat and stay fit both physically and mentally, it is often advised to exercise at least 20 minutes a day. Exercising will not only keep you fit and help in maintaining the required body weight but also in improving your health. Exercising will also help you in curing a lot of mental and physical illness. So, try to take some time out of your hectic daily schedule and stay fit.

No, not really. It is claimed by several influencers that they have lost weight through this method of weight loss. However, there is no scientific proof that the ice-hack diet works. It is highly recommended to seek your doctor before trying the ice-hack diet journey.
